2. Formation of the contract

Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying at the checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a balance error, obvious pricing error or other technical error. In such a situation, the customer will be informed immediately and the full amount will be refunded.

3. Prices and taxation

Product prices include taxes in accordance with Finnish legislation.

For second-hand goods sold in Finland, the marginal taxation procedure is generally applied, so VAT is not specified on the invoice.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges before a contract is concluded.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges for delivery outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Payment service provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

5. Delivery

Delivery time to Finland for products ordered from the online store is normally 2-5 business days.

In case of delays, we will contact the client

Delivery options Postnord, Matkahuolto, Posti or pick-up from Hyvinkää warehouse

Pick-up from Hyvinkää warehouse: pick-ups are agreed separately by email, phone or SMS. We will inform you after the order when the products are available for pick-up.

Delivery prices only valid for orders to Finland.

For deliveries abroad, the delivery price is defined separately.

6. Product suitability and customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the spare part before ordering.

We recommend checking the OEM number, VIN number, exact model and year of the device.

If you are not sure about the suitability, you can contact us before placing an order by e-mail at info@cbcparts.com

We will check suitability where possible. In this case, we need the exact model, year of manufacture and, if necessary, the VIN number.

7. Return conditions and refund costs

The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

The return period is calculated from the date the package is delivered to the customer or has been available for collection from the delivery point.

The product to be returned must be unused, in its original condition and in saleable condition.

The product to be returned must be the same item that was delivered to the customer.

Returns must be notified in advance by email to info@cbcparts.com

The return costs are paid by the customer, unless the delivery is faulty or the product is defective.

If the cancellation is due to the seller’s fault, the seller is responsible for the return costs.

If the customer has not checked the suitability of the product before ordering or has provided incorrect information about the device, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

The refund will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days after the refund has been received and checked.

8. Incorrect product

Any defective product must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The error report should be sent by e-mail to info@cbcparts.com

The product must not be installed or dismantled until agreed with the seller.

9. Special condition for electrical components

Electrical parts can only be returned if the product is in the original shipping package and the packaging is completely intact.

Opening the package you have sent is considered as product activation.

In the case of electrical components, the mere act of connecting them to the equipment may damage the product or make it impossible to verify its condition. Electrical faults are often complex. Therefore, opening the package will invalidate the right of return.

In the event of electrical faults, we recommend that you contact a professional repairer before ordering a spare part.

The electrical parts we sell come from fully functional equipment. We do not sell electrical parts from equipment that has had an electrical fault.

For new electrical parts, the possible return and warranty policy may be determined by the importer’s terms and conditions. The warranty of a new electrical part can be inquired before ordering.

10. Liability for defects and condition of used parts

There is no separate warranty for used spare parts.

However, the consumer is liable for defects under the Consumer Protection Act.

Normal wear and tear is not a fault in a used part.

The condition of the product and any wear and tear is described as accurately as possible on the product card.

As a rule, product images show the individual product being sold.

Crash Bike Center Oy is not responsible for installation, dismantling or diagnostic costs or any other indirect costs.

11. Unclaimed package or cancellation of order

Not redeeming is not the same as returning or cancelling an order.

For an unclaimed parcel for which no separate cancellation notice has been agreed, we charge a fee of 25€.

In the event of cancellation, we will charge you the costs of processing the order. Please contact our customer service.

12. Dispute resolution

The contract is governed by Finnish law.

In consumer disputes, the customer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Within the EU, consumers can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.

13. Data protection

14. Date expired

These terms of delivery are valid until further notice. Crash Bike Center Oy reserves the right to change the terms of delivery. Changes will come into force when they are published in the online shop.
